أولاً: مقدمة وتعريفات (Interpretation & Definitions)

يرجى قراءة هذه الشروط والأحكام بعناية قبل استخدام خدماتنا. إن الكلمات التي تبدأ بحروف كبيرة في النسخة الإنجليزية لها معانٍ محددة قانونياً، وتطبق ذات التعريفات على النسخة العربية سواء وردت بصيغة المفرد أو الجمع.

  • المنصة: تشير إلى “بصيرتي” (Basiraty)، ويمكن الوصول إليها عبر الرابط [https://www.google.com/search?q=basiraty.com].
  • الخدمة: تشير إلى الموقع الإلكتروني وما يقدّمه من محتوى وتطبيقات.
  • المستخدم (أنت): الفرد الذي يدخل إلى الخدمة أو يستخدمها.

ثانياً: الميثاق المعرفي (Content & Intellectual Property)

منصة “بصيرتي” هي مساحة فكرية تدمج بين القيم الإيمانية والحقائق العلمية والتطبيقات الحياتية.

  • حقوق النشر: جميع المواد المنشورة (نصوص، صور، أدوات تفاعلية) هي ملك حصري للمنصة. يُسمح بمشاركة المحتوى لغرض النفع العام بشرط الإشارة الصريحة للمصدر، ويُحظر تماماً الاستخدام التجاري دون إذن.
  • الأمانة العلمية: نحن نبذل أقصى جهدنا لضمان دقة المعلومات العلمية والشرعية، ومع ذلك، فإن المحتوى يُقدّم لأغراض تثقيفية وتوعوية عامة.

ثالثاً: إخلاء المسؤولية القانوني (Limitation of Liability)

خامساً: إنهاء الخدمة (Termination)

نحتفظ بالحق في إنهاء أو تعليق وصولك إلى الخدمة فوراً، دون إشعار مسبق، في حال خرقك لهذه الشروط والأحكام أو ميثاق الأدب العام المعمول به في المنصة.

سادساً: القانون الحاكم وحل النزاعات (Governing Law & Disputes)

  • القانون: تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المنظمة (كما تم تحديدها في النسخة الإنجليزية)، مع مراعاة القوانين المحلية للدول التي ينتمي إليها المستخدمون (مثل قوانين حماية المستهلك في الاتحاد الأوروبي).
  • حل النزاعات: في حال وجود أي قلق أو نزاع، يوافق المستخدم أولاً على محاولة حل النزاع بشكل غير رسمي عن طريق الاتصال بإدارة المنصة.

سابعاً: التعديلات (Changes)

نحتفظ بالحق، وفقاً لتقديرنا الخاص، في تعديل أو استبدال هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إخطار المستخدمين بأي تغييرات جوهرية قبل 30 يوماً من دخولها حيز التنفيذ.
